Effective Monday, February, 22nd, in accordance with the Provincial response framework, Mercedes-Benz Barrie Service department will be open to the general public for in-store servicing without an appointment. At this time, however, we still encourage our customers to book appointments for service to better allow us to balance capacity.
OnDemand Contactless Service
Contactless Service Pick up and Drop off is available at Mercedes-Benz Barrie. Contactless Service will limit any contact between you, our customer and our staff. Your Vehicle will also be fully sanitized before and after any work is done on the Vehicle. Use our Service Form below to book your next Contactless service and our service coordinators will contact you to guide you through your next contactless service appointment.
We are offering front of the line service appointments to Front Line Responders in our community as our way of saying thank you for your courage during these difficult times. We are doing this to help support our Medical Professionals, Police, Fire, and Paramedics who need to travel between work and home to help keep us safe in the community we serve. We understand your schedules can vary from day to day, and we will prioritize your service appointment to fit the needs of your schedule.
We may have scaled back our business to help flatten the curve by reducing our hours and implementing advanced safety protocols in our stores, but we have a dedicated team here ready to help you in any way we can.
