My husband and have bought our 3rd vehicle with Mercedes Barrie. We have always loved the service we have received. In the service department, Jeremy Burke and Faith Walton provide great assistance and Sonia Ganji Namin and Raymond Loi are very thorough and personable in regards to our recent purchase. Meeting with Michaela helped us get to know how to use all the settings in the vehicle. She was great and very informative. We wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
Recently visited this place and picked up a GLC 43, absolutely love the car! The new showroom setup with the open concept looks great and feels really welcoming.
Big shoutout to Sonia, our Sales Consultant, she was super friendly, took great care of us and really worked hard to make everything happen. I’ve been to a lot of dealerships and talked to plenty of salespeople, but Sonia was by far the most professional, easy to talk to and genuinely helpful. Even when we were being picky about certain features, she stayed patient and got it all sorted.
Also wanted to mention Mikayla, the Delivery Specialist, she did an awesome job walking me through the car and making sure I felt confident with everything before driving off.

I’ve been looking for used cars recently at various dealerships and I must say that my experience at this Mercedes-Benz dealership with salesman Archie was by far the best. We had a great time test driving a used 2017 GLC300 and learning about the different features available to us in the car. He was also extremely helpful in explaining the different extended warranty options available to us and making us feel comfortable throughout the process by providing unparalleled customer service.
