First of all I left all the way from Toronto and surrounding Benz dealers and went straight to Innisfil because the atmosphere there is just so different🤌🏽. Had the best experience EVER with Reza. He outlined everything for me step by step and was so courteous and patient. Sonia made my purchase process feel so easy and secure. And they gave me the cutest bow. Im just so happy love my new car so much. 2026 in 2025. Mercedes Benz Barrie is my new car home and everyone interested in a Mercedes should make it there’s too

I wanted to share my feedback on the entire process from start to finish. I must say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had to date with any Mercedes dealership. Lasika was extremely professional from the beginning and was always available to answer all my questions, which really helped me make my decision. The entire process was effortless and time-saving, and it made finalizing my decision very easy. I would also like to mention that the delivery process was very smooth as well. The document signing was quick and seamless since everything was readily available — thanks to Sonia, which saved a lot of time and reflected great professionalism. Finally, Lasika ensured that all my questions about the new car were clearly explained and addressed without any issues. My son absolutely loves the new car and looks forward to sitting in it every day and exploring its features.

Gerry is beyond wonderful, extremely sincere and genuine in his approach, I visited many car dealerships before coming to Mercedes Barrie and the experience I had at this dealership, and interaction I had with Gerry far surpassed all others. I would highly recommend working with this eager to help sales person. Unfortunately the car I am looking for is not in stock at this dealer, however I truly appreciate the honest up front approach that they won't be able to secure it, versus taking my deposit and trying to do a dealer trade and stringing me along for weeks. Shows so much integrity and respect and that they are putting the customer first beyond their own personal agenda. Amazing dealer experience

Have always been a BMW purchaser and thought I would try Mercedes Benz for a change. Found the exact specifications at the Barrie Mercedes Benz of a Star Certified GLC300. Had an amazing dealer experience right from the initial phone discussion with the Sales Professional Gerry, right through to the dealer visit and eventual delivery of the vehicle (he was amazing especially at remembering small details). The Finance Manager Deanna was an absolute pleasure to deal and helped (in a non pushy way) in the choosing of the correct vehicle warranty requests that made sense for me. Jimson the Delivery Specialist made sure we understood many of the necessary features of the vehicle (bluetooth etc.) which makes a difference especially with all this new technology. Thanks again, my wife loves her new vehicle.

Best experience I have ever had

I told Jeff the first day we met that I'm not the biggest fan of buying cars. Honestly, this was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Everything has been streamlined, so there was no time wasted. I couldn't ask for anything more out of the process. Jeff and the entire team was fantastic from start to finish.
